Terms of Use

Last updated: 12 September 2026

Dreesha Souq is operated by Zuhal Media L.L.C — S.P.C under an Abu Dhabi Trader licence. These terms govern your use of the platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. What Dreesha Souq does

Dreesha Souq is a brand operated by Zuhal Media in the UAE. The platform enables buyers, private sellers and dealers to submit vehicle buying requests and listings, discover matches, exchange offers, communicate, confirm completion and leave ratings. Unless separately stated in writing for a specific service, Dreesha is not the owner, buyer, seller, agent, payment provider, guarantor, inspector or ownership-transfer authority for an item.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have the legal capacity to enter transactions, provide accurate and current information, and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity through your account and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Buying requests and items

The platform may support vehicles, electronics, furniture, real estate, boats, motorcycles and other enabled categories. A seller or dealer must have the legal right to list and dispose of an item, and must provide accurate, non-misleading descriptions, prices, images, condition information and material facts. Publication or matching does not mean Dreesha has verified an item, its ownership or quality.

4. Matching and market indicators

Match scores, demand heat and trust or market indicators are estimates generated from available data and platform activity. They are not professional valuations, binding prices, or guarantees of availability, counterparty intent or transaction success, and may change as data changes.

5. Offers, conversations and completion

An offer, acceptance, delivery confirmation or completion action records the parties’ intent or action within Dreesha. It does not by itself prove payment, delivery, ownership transfer or item condition, and does not replace any contract or official document required by an authority. Communications must remain respectful and must not be fraudulent, abusive, unsolicited or designed to bypass platform safeguards.

6. Checks before a transaction

The parties must independently verify identity, ownership, legal capacity, condition, quality, specifications, price, existing finance or obligations, and required permits. Inspection, payment, delivery, registration and ownership transfer must use suitable lawful channels. Do not send money or release an item until you have completed your checks.

7. Dealers

Dealers are responsible for business and licence details, inventory, warranties, invoices and applicable professional and consumer obligations. A dealer or licence badge reflects information reviewed at a particular time and is not a guarantee of every item or transaction.

8. Prohibited items and conduct

You must not offer or request prohibited items, restricted items without authorisation, stolen or counterfeit goods, or content that infringes intellectual property. Fraud, money laundering, impersonation, unauthorised data collection, interference with the platform and other unlawful activity are prohibited. We may remove content, restrict accounts and report matters to competent authorities when appropriate.

9. Ratings and user content

Ratings must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain abuse, personal data, manipulation or extortion. You grant Dreesha a non-exclusive licence, limited to what is necessary to host, display and process content for operating the service. You remain responsible for rights in images and text you submit.

10. Fees and external services

If fees, subscriptions, inspections, finance, insurance, transport or other partner services are introduced, applicable prices and terms will be shown before ordering. Third-party services may have separate terms and policies. A platform fee or referral does not by itself make Dreesha a party to the item transaction.

11. Suspension and termination

We may reject or remove content, restrict, suspend or close an account for breach of these terms or law, reasonably suspected fraud or security risk, or a competent authority request. Records may be retained as needed for security, compliance and dispute handling under the Privacy Policy.

12. Availability and liability

We aim to provide a secure and reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, user-submitted content, transaction completion, a particular price or number of offers. To the extent permitted by law, transaction parties remain responsible for their decisions and for loss arising from an item, payment, delivery or conduct outside Dreesha’s control.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service or requirements change and will display the latest update date. These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
